How to use
This product has been developed for professional use only and should not be used at home. MixL'Oréal Professionnel Blond Studio 9 Bonder Inside Lightening Powder 500gOnly with recommended Blond Studio Oil Developers Volume 20. Or Volume 30. Use only the indicated proportions: Mixing ratios: 1:1 (outdoors and balayage) / 1:1,5 (closed) / 1:2 to 1:3 (on the scalp). Apply to the hair and adjust the technique to the desired results and obtain a development time accordingly up to 50 minutes. After the development time is over, rinse the hair thoroughly and carefully with lukewarm water
