Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin found in oatmeal, vegetables, and soy. As part of the B-Family of vitamins, Biotin helps;
- Supports Carbohydrate, Protein and Fat Metabolism
- support healthy hair, skin and nails
- support energy metabolism
- aids in the conversion of food into energy
Quantity: 100 Coated Tablets
Dosage: For adults, take one (1) tablet up to two times daily, preferably with meals.
