Golden Girl Bleach Powder Strong for Streaking is a newer method for highlighting and streaking. It must be mixed with Oxidizing Emulsion to give you a superior action. The choice of the Oxidizing Emulsion is very important as the higher the volume, the stronger and quicker the streaks will be. Bleach Powder is fine-gained and super air floated to give you maximum spread.
Usage:
Mix bleach powder strong with 2 - 3 parts of oxidizing emulsion vol 40 into a non - metallic bowl and blend it to get a creamy paste.
Apply the mixture to streaks and wait till the desired shade is achieved. Rinse with water.
Apply Hina Hair Grooming Mask to restore the natural shine and softness.
Instructions:
Always use a non-metallic bowl to mix.
In case the powder comes in contact with eyes, wash immediately.
