  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the seals are intact and all protective wrapping is included to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return package.

  Receive Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
